Modern Luxury Stay in the Heart of Windermere
We had a wonderful stay at Isabelle’s place in Windermere. From the start, her communication and directions were spot on—clear, detailed, and left no room for confusion. The home looked exactly like the photos, and we were especially impressed by the kitchen. It was spotless, modern, and felt like it had just been set up the day before. The bedroom was cozy, and the bathroom (that shower!) really elevated the whole experience. Isabelle also shared great local tips for places to explore, whether we were on foot or had a car. The location was incredibly accessible, and everything we needed was within reach. We’d absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!
Luxury Interiors and the Best Night’s Sleep
An amazing stay at Little Bracken, it’s situated along a peaceful and beautiful residential road just of the Main Street, it’s perfectly located just a short drive away from Windermere and Ambleside was also only about 15mins away so your right in between all the lovely things to see here. Check in and out was super easy and Isabel made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The layout is beautiful, the bathroom is stunning and we had the best sleep! We stayed for just two nights but wouldn’t second guess staying here again or for longer as everything was perfect. Definitely recommend!
Great little flat for a long weekend
Great little flat for a long weekend in the lakes. Clean and tucked away from the main streets but also within walking distance of both Bowness and Windermere.
Little Bracken is an absolute gem
Little Bracken is an absolute gem. Beautifully decorated and so cosy, Isabel has provided everything you could wish for. We really enjoyed our stay! Super comfy bed and lovely linen, great shower and fluffy towels and very clean throughout. Highly recommend and would love to return.

Perfect location - quiet area.
Had a wonderful stay in this lovely, clean apartment. Our host, Isabel, was very friendly and very helpful from the beginning. The apartment had was supe modern and had everything we needed. It is only a 5 minutes drive to lots of bars, restaurants and shops - the perfect location. But also it’s situated in a quiet area so we could get a peaceful nights sleep! Would certainly stay here again! Thanks Isabel!

Absolutely incredible accommodation. I don’t think we have stayed anywhere as immaculate as here. Isabel was very responsive whenever I needed to contact her. A stones throw away from the centre of windemere. Easy parking. Would stay again.
Spotless - Great location
This is a lovely place to stay, spotlessly clean and very cosy. It has everything you could need and is in a great location for exploring Windermere and surrounding areas.
Cosy Luxury Accommodation for Couples in Windermere
Isabel's place is a beautiful small 1 bedroom apartment which felt right at home. It is a cosy apartment with modern finishes and amenities. Me and my wife really enjoyed the stay and would definitely come back again whenever we visit Windermere again.

Lovely flat very to close to the centre of Windermere. It was very clean and warm as well as Isabel being easily communicative the whole trip. Also it was well equipped with everything you would need. Would definitely recommend to stay here if you’re a couple/single party and will be staying here again myself if I come back to Windermere!
